Personal Development sessions are held on Mondays from 12-1pm CST. Entrepreneurial sessions are held bi-weekly on Wednesdays from 12-1pm CST. 

If you can't attend the live sessions, the workshop sessions are recorded and saved for you to view at your convenience.
